FTZ-Based Exhibition Center Capable of Hosting Exhibitions on a “Permanent” Basis
Our exhibition center (approximately 22K square meters in total) within Haikou FTZ features a diamond gallery, showcases for top-branded jewelry, watches, golf products, wedding dresses, cigar, wine and cars, a salon for brand appreciation, live performance forcrafting of diamonds and jewelry, VIP lounges, and etc. All products displayed in our exhibition center will be eligible for the preferential policies granted by Haikou FTZ and can be displayed here on a long-term and bonded basis, only subject to convenient file-for-record formalities. Exhibitors will not be required to pay any import-related tax or customs bonds for display of such products.
Haikou FTZ International Commodity Exhibition and Trade Center Fuxing City Store which is located in Fuxing City Commercial Street is planned to be constructed for three floors , and stretches for nearly 6,000 square meters. According to the platform, "bonded, quality-guaranteeing and authentic" imported goods resources from Haikou FTZ are utilized, and the “warehouses” in the FTZ and the “store” of the Exhibition and Trade Center outside the FTZ are effectively integrated, so as to form an ingenious “store-warehouse integration” business model for imported goods and create a multi-faceted integrated international commodity trading platform for displaying, trading, auction, new product launches, appreciation, collection, culture and the like. Haikou Peace Base Jewelry Diamond Exhibition Area is of about 300 square meters, and focuses mainly on the bonded diamond jewelry sales, VIP jewelry custom-made, jewelry processing live shows, virtual try-on experience and other business and services.
Boao Asian Forum Plaza Exhibition Center
Boao, located between Haikou and Sanya in the east coastline of Hainan Island, is known as "Oriental Davos". Boao is the permanent site of the Annual Conference of the Boao Forum for Asia. Since 2002, the Forum held annually in this place.
Boao Store is located at the core area of Boao Folklore Plaza, which is close to the permanent site of the Annual Conference of the Boao Forum for Asia and the main entrance to the new five-star InterContinental Hotel.
Boao store will be easily visible to (i) highest-level leaders and their entourages attending Boao Forum for Asia each year from around 30 member countries and regions, (ii) the wealthiest families of China drawn to this annual event and (iii) over 2,000 reporters from the world. Boao has attracted more than 3 million visitors each year. Boao Store which serves as a strategic store of HPB will focus on high end jewelry brands.
