In the morning of September 20, Mr. Ma Yuanlin, Commissioner of Haikou Customs visited HPB for investigation, accompanied by Mr. Liu Hua, Director of Haikou IFTZ Customs and etc. Mr. Zhang Baojun, Board Chairman of HPB warmly received Mr. Ma and his followers.

Mr. Zhang expressed warm welcome to this group and made a detailed introduction on the industrial structure in this industrial park and particularly on HPB’s business structure, focused on progress of Shanghai and Haikou Integrated Customs Clearance for loose diamonds.

During investigation, Mr. Zhang guided the group to Tower Moet Jewelry (Haikou) for viewing diamond jewelry crafting process and then visit NGTC lab. During the tour, Mr. Ma showed great interest in diamond setting and test steps, and highly praised HPB’s business development.
