In the afternoon of March 6, Mr. Sun Shiwen, Deputy Mayor of Haikou City, visited HPB for on-site research accompanied by Mr. Liu Huiping, director of the Administrative Committee and Mr. Qiu Jinchang, Marketing Director of Haikou FTZ.

Mr. Sun played a site inspection tour to the exhibition hall, 24-hour security monitoring center and NGTC test center. During the tour, Mr. Zhang Baojun, Chairman of HPB reported “Bonded to Duty-Free” business data and strategic concept and vision of the exhibition center. Mr. Sun focused on preparations of Diamond Jewelry Factory and Gold Museum and highly praised the planning of this project. Meanwhile, He pointed out that HPB shall speed up the step for bringing in more enterprises engaged in diamond processing, to create a brand-new “name card” for Haikou FTZ and to attract more citizens to Haikou FTZ to purchase jewelry.
