HPB organized an outdoor outward-bound activity themed on “Enhancing Cohesion Forging Ahead” on February 9, 2018 to cultivate team spirit of employees and to build a highly cohesive and highly efficient team. Team spirit is fused in capability training through lively activities in various forms, and employees participating in the training benefit a lot from it.

Icebreaking

All employees participating in the activity are divided into two groups. They devote themselves in this activity and work hard together by pooling the wisdom and efforts of everyone. Both groups have wonderful performance with mutual competition and mutual collaboration.

Group Show

Under the command of trainers, both groups show their capabilities and skills, drawing group flags, giving group names, etc. through brainstorming. After a while, encouraging team slogans and logos with their special features are displayed group by group, and the outward-bound activity begins with exciting and wonderful group shows.

Collaborative Games

Through this activity, a team spirit of mutual cooperative and mutual support is formed among employees, a sense of strangeness among different sectors is eliminated, and mutual trust among team members is strengthened. It is believed that all of us will devote ourselves into work with more enthusiasm and make our own contributions to HPB’s constant development and innovation from now on.
