In the afternoon of August 8, 2017, Mr. Li Guoliang, the Vice Governor of Hainan Province and his entourages paid a visit to Haikou FTZ, accompanied by other important government officials and Zhang Baojun, Chairman of HPB, with a purpose of doing a special research in cross-border e-commerce.

Mr. Li visited HPB’s diamond jewelry industrial park for on-the-spot investigation in the cross-border e-commerce project of China Duty-free group and Hainan Duty-free Group in the bonded warehouse D, listened to the latest progress of the project, and highly appreciated the development achievement of cross-border e-commerce of the HPB’s diamond jewelry industrial park.
