In the morning of December 28, 2015, the first diamond jewelry processing enterprise - Hang Mei Enterprises Company Limited enters in the HPB Factory. The first batch processing equipment of Hang Mei Enterprises Company Limited is in place for installation and adjustment. Trial production will be started soon. The products include jewelry of diamond, gold, platinum and the like.

HPB Project of Diamond and Jewelry Processing, Exhibition and Sale locates in Haikou FTZ, which covers 87k sq. m. in total, including four bonded warehouses, three factories, one exhibition center, and one multiple-use building. All main structures have been completed. After the Spring Festival, many diamond processing enterprises will be located in the HPB Project.
